It’s Our first Beer week event with new Chef Michael Ayoub and our old friend Tim Ogden’s Deviant Libation. Enjoy a three course meal while sipping Deviant Dreams Barrel Aged Imperial Stout collaboration between Tim Ogden of Deviant Libation and Eric Luman with Reve!

Course 1: Blue Cheese Gourges served with Whipped Rosemary Butter

Course 2: Grilled Coffee Rubbed Skirt Steak served with Parsnip Puree, Roasted Asparagus and a mole cream sauce

Course 3: Deviant Dreams Beeramisu

We expect this menu to dance lovingly with the Barrel Aged Imperial Stout’s notes of Chocolate, Coffee, Cinnamon, Whiskey and Dark Fruits.
